2. Google Ads Access
When you connect your Google Ads account, AdMinds accesses data strictly required to generate draft campaign structures. We do not modify or publish ads without user action.
3. Data Usage
Collected data is used solely to:
- Provide and improve the Service
- Enforce subscription limits
- Maintain security and prevent abuse
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data is shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., Stripe for billing, Google for Ads API access) as required to operate the Service.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no system is 100% secure.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service or comply with legal obligations.

10. Cookies & Local Storage
AdMinds uses essential cookies and local storage technologies required for authentication, security, and basic application functionality. These technologies are strictly necessary and are required for the Service to function.
We do not use cookies for advertising, behavioral tracking, or cross-site analytics.
11. Stripe & Google Ads API Compliance
AdMinds integrates with third-party services such as Stripe for billing and Google Ads APIs for draft campaign generation. Data shared with these providers is limited to what is strictly necessary to deliver the Service.
Payment information is processed directly by Stripe. AdMinds does not store full payment card details.
AdMinds does not store Google Ads credentials, does not publish or modify live ads, and does not perform any account actions without explicit user authorization.
